Sai Kiran Mula is an Assistant Manager/MI Specialist, with a passion for turning data into visual insights that drive business decisions. With a career spanning over 8 years, Sai has worked in the Banking, Legal, and Insurance domains, and is always eager to expand his horizons and work with new domains. Currently working as a Data and Business Analyst at Schneider Electric, Sai is responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, creating and maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions. Prior to this, he worked as a Team Leader at HSBC, where he set clear team goals and KPIs, delegated tasks, and oversaw day-to-day teams' operation and performance. He also developed and managed BI solutions, provided reports, processes, and Excel VBA applications through the application life cycle, and collaborated with business users. Sai's experience also includes working as a Sr Process Associate at Genpact, where he was responsible for finding duplicity of the existing customer, preparing reports, handling escalations, mentoring new joiners, and identifying the root cause of defects/process gaps. Sai holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Vivekanada School of PG and a SSC degree from Vignan Grammar High School. When he's not working with data, Sai enjoys reading and planning his next vacation. He also enjoys conversations and never misses an opportunity to rock the floor at parties or watch cricket. Sai is always up for an intellectual discussion over coffee or a dinner with a close friend.
